By booking an appointment you agree to ALL policies and the fees associated with it. To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, without notification, to your scheduled appointment, your service will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your service total. Please allow 48 hours, or more, when rescheduling/canceling your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee (of your service total) for any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, of the scheduled appointment, will be charged. A 100% cancellation fee (of your service total) for any no-shows will be charged. * Understandably exceptional circumstances do arise, please contact me ASAP in the situations. Please Note: If you plan to make a drastic change to your hair, please email or text me photos of your hair in natural, indirect light. This will help me determine if you need to be seen for an in salon consultation first and to make sure I have the necessary products for your service. If you do not send me photos, then come your appointment and I am an able to provide the service, you will be charged the full amount of your booked service.
